Probiotic-Rich Kimchi Stir Fry
Ingredients:
1 cup Kimchi (quality store-bought or homemade)
1 cup broccoli florets
1 bell pepper sliced
1/2 cup shredded carrots
2 Tbsp soy sauce or coconut aminos
1 Tbsp sesame oil
1 Tbsp rive vinegar
1 clove of garlic, minced
1 Tbsp sesame seeds (for garnish)
Directions:
Heat sesame oil in a pan and saute garlic until fragrant.
Add bell pepper, broccoli, and carrots. Stir fry for 4-5 minutes
Add kimchi, coconut aminos, and rice vinegar.
Stir fry for another 2 minutes. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve.
Note: Make it a full meal by adding shrimp or chicken!
