Blueberry Avocado Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk (or any milk of choice)

  • 1/2 cup ripe avocado

  • 1/2 cup organic blueberries (fresh or frozen)

  • 1 Tb chia seeds

  • 1Tb ground flaxseed

  • 1 Tb almond or peanut butter

  • 1 scoop collagen peptides (optional)

  • Ice cubes

Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients into a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.

Note: Many people are afraid the avocado is an odd addition to a smoothie, but I promise you, you won’t taste it and it adds a smooth texture to your smoothie!
