Blueberry Avocado Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk (or any milk of choice)
1/2 cup ripe avocado
1/2 cup organic blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1 Tb chia seeds
1Tb ground flaxseed
1 Tb almond or peanut butter
1 scoop collagen peptides (optional)
Ice cubes
Directions:
Blend all ingredients into a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
Note: Many people are afraid the avocado is an odd addition to a smoothie, but I promise you, you won’t taste it and it adds a smooth texture to your smoothie!
